During the Summer Months the evening meetings can be visits to various places of interest, such as the Fire Service Control Room, this we really enjoyed by club members who gained considerable knowledge as to how these highly dedicated people look after us as residents. During the long light eveings, runs to Country Pubs in the heart of Dartmoor are also highly enjoyed. The annual bar-b-q, always the month following the Coastal Run, a "thank you" to all those members who gave their time and hard work to make the July event the success it has been for the past 29 years is always well attended, being August it has been wet on occassions but the fun still goes on! With Autumns arrival in September we return to the "Club Pub" at Kenn where the indoor programme restarts.
